We deliver a range of exciting and innovative activities for staff learning and development, adapted to particular needs. We can contribute to events such as in-service days, seminars and conferences, and we run stand-alone training events. These can range from an hour or two, to a half-day or full day, or longer.

There is always an element of participative fun and creative excitement, combined with other elements according to individual requirements. Common points of focus include developing:

* motivation and enthusiasm
* team-building and co-operative spirit
* confident presentation and communication skills
* creativity and problem-solving
* leadership and authority
* teaching literacy development in exciting ways

Orientation of the session is usually negotiated in advance, in liaison with a client representative. Do contact us if you'd like to discuss your needs.
